By signing below, I authorize 3rd Coast Custom Helmets to refinish my Helmet to the color scheme specified. I acknowledge the turnaround is 12-14 Business days, not including shipping time. Peak months may take up to an additional 2 weeks. I understand full payment is due before my refinished order will be returned.
Any items and/or jobs not collected within 30 days will automatically become the possession of 3rd Coast Custom Helmets.
