By submitting this form and checking the agreement box below, I authorize 3rd Coast Custom Helmets to refinish my helmet to the color scheme specified. I acknowledge the turnaround is 12–14 business days, assuming all parts and materials are in stock. I also understand shipping may take an additional 2–5 days. Peak months may add up to an additional 2 weeks. I understand full payment is due before my refinished order will be returned.
Any helmets or completed items not collected within 30 days will automatically become the possession of 3rd Coast Custom Helmets.
